Crisis & community resources
If you need support right now, you don’t have to wait for a session.
This website and its contact form are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. The resources below are shared for your convenience and are not a substitute for emergency services.
Right now
- Emergency: call 911.
- 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: call or text 988, or chat at 988lifeline.org. Free and confidential, 24/7.
- Clinica Family Health & Wellness walk-in crisis center: 1107 W Century Dr, Louisville, CO 80027. Open 24/7, all ages, no insurance or appointment needed.
Community support lines
Sometimes it helps to talk with someone who shares your experience. These lines are staffed with that in mind.
- The Trevor Project (LGBTQ+ young people): call 1-866-488-7386, text START to 678-678, or chat online. 24/7.
- Trans Lifeline (peer support by and for trans people): 1-877-565-8860.
- BlackLine (support centering Black, Brown, and other communities of color): 1-800-604-5841.
- StrongHearts Native Helpline (domestic and sexual violence, by and for Native communities): 1-844-762-8483.
Men, veterans, story, and community
These are not crisis lines. They are community organizations some people find meaningful alongside therapy.
- Men’s Council Alliance. A Boulder-area men’s work organization offering events and groups for connection and growth.
- Warrior StoryField. A collaborative art and storytelling project that brings veterans and community members together.
These links are provided for informational purposes. They are not crisis services, and inclusion here does not mean they are a clinical substitute for therapy.
A note
Reaching out for help is a real step, and it counts. If you’re not in crisis but want to start a conversation about ongoing therapy, you’re welcome to send a note or review the services listed on this site.
