Micha’el Miller Therapy
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. They are separate from the clinical consent forms, fee agreement, and mandatory disclosure statement you receive when beginning services. This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using michaelmillertherapy.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Informational purposes only
The content on this site is general information about Micha’el Miller Therapy. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified provider. Do not act, or refrain from acting, based on anything on this site without seeking appropriate professional guidance.
No client relationship is created
Viewing this site, or submitting a consultation request, does not create a therapist–client relationship. A professional relationship begins only after we have met, confirmed that the work is a good fit, and completed the practice’s intake process, including the required written disclosures and agreements.
Not for emergencies
This website and its contact form are not monitored for emergencies and are not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, call 911 or 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or go to the nearest emergency room.
Consultation requests, services, and fees
Submitting the contact form is an initial inquiry. It does not guarantee availability, acceptance as a client, or any particular service, schedule, or outcome. Services are provided to adults located in Colorado, by telehealth and in person. The current fee is $150 per 50-minute individual session (private pay), with a limited sliding scale based on need; superbills can be provided on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Current details are confirmed during consultation and in the written fee agreement.
Images and representative content
Photographs on this site are licensed stock images used for illustration only. They are not photographs of the practice’s actual office, staff, or clients, and they remain the property of their respective licensors. Any resemblance to a specific place or person is coincidental.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo, and original content on this site are the property of the practice and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission. Licensed stock images remain the property of their licensors and are used under license.
Third-party links and services
If this site links to third-party resources, those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and the practice is not responsible for their content or availability.
Professional licensing and regulation
Micha’el Miller, MSW, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker in Colorado practicing psychotherapy under clinical supervision, and is regulated by the Colorado State Board of Social Work Examiners within the Division of Professions and Occupations, Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). Colorado law requires that clients receive a written professional disclosure statement at the start of services; that statement, not this website, governs the therapy relationship and includes information about how to contact the regulating board with questions or complaints.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its contact form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute relating to this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
